We are staring a regular delivery to Winnipeg on the last Saturday of every month. We will deliver to your doorstep within either an AM or PM time frame (of your choosing). We ask that you please be available to receive your order during your selected time frame.

Orders must be placed by end of day on the Thursday prior to our scheduled delivery date, any orders placed after this will be bumped to the following month. You will receive a reminder e-mail on the last Friday of the month about the delivery for Saturday. We have a $50 minimum order requirement and charge a $5 delivery fee.

Bulk

We sell our beef by whole, half or shared half, which can be ordered year round. On average, it takes 1-2 months once placing an order to receive the product. These orders are custom cut to your specifications and we will deliver to your door.

We sell pork by either the whole or half and are processing twice in 2024 (spring and late fall). These orders are custom cut to your specifications and curing, smoking and sausage making can be done for an additional cost. We will deliver these orders to your door.

  • Whole: $5.50/lb

    Half/Shared Half: $5.95/lb

    Bulk price is based on hanging weight at the time of processing.

    A whole beef has an average hanging weight of 600-700 lbs

    Yield is typically 65-70%

    A whole beef takes 8-10 cubic feet of freezer storage.

  • $4.75/lb (based on hanging weight at slaughter)

    A whole pork has an average hanging weight of 170-200 lbs

    Yield is typically 65-70%

    A whole pork takes about 4 cubic feet of freezer storage
