We sell our beef by whole, half or shared half, which can be ordered year round. On average, it takes 1-2 months once placing an order to receive the product. These orders are custom cut to your specifications and we will deliver to your door.

We sell pork by either the whole or half and our next processing date is fall of 2024. These orders are custom cut to your specifications and curing, smoking and sausage making can be done for an additional cost. We will deliver these orders to your door.
